📌 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate student attendance records for all batches and flag absentees to faculty and management
• Coordinate batch schedules, timetable changes, and room allocations across the centre
• Communicate with parents regarding attendance, test performance, and upcoming batch schedules
• Support fee collection follow-up and maintain student enrollment and fee payment records
• Assist faculty with distributing study material, test papers, and result sheets
• Coordinate with faculty for substitute arrangements in case of leave or schedule changes
• Maintain daily reports on batch strength, new enrollments, and dropouts for management review

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word for record maintenance
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English for parent and student interaction
• Comfortable handling a fast-paced multi-batch coordination environment
• Prior experience in an educational institute, coaching centre, or school is an advantage
• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to work in shifts if the centre runs morning and evening batches
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
