📌 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day coordination contact for assigned client PR accounts, managing communications, deliverable tracking, and reporting timelines
• Compile daily media coverage reports, monthly PR activity reports, and earned media value summaries for account managers to present to clients
• Coordinate PR campaign activity across the content, media relations, social media, and events teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Prepare meeting agendas, client presentation materials, and MIS reports for weekly and monthly account review meetings
• Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and media alerts under the direction of senior PR executives and account managers
• Maintain comprehensive account documentation including coverage logs, media contact activity records, campaign calendars, and approval trails
• Track PR campaign deliverables against agreed timelines and flag delays or resource gaps to account managers before they impact client commitments

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or any discipline with strong written communication and organisational skills
• 0 to 3 years of experience in PR agency account coordination, client servicing, or communications support roles
• Ability to compile accurate and detailed PR activity and coverage reports and format them professionally for client review
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign deliverables across different internal teams simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel for MIS reporting, PowerPoint for presentations, and Word for drafting communications documents
• Comfortable managing regular client interactions via email and phone with a professional, proactive, and responsive communication style
• Understanding of the PR campaign lifecycle from media pitching and coverage tracking to client reporting and campaign review meetings
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
