📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship for a portfolio of PR accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, campaign performance, and account retention across assigned clients
• Develop and present monthly and quarterly PR strategies, earned media plans, and campaign recommendations to senior client stakeholders
• Lead client review meetings presenting coverage highlights, earned media value, campaign outcomes, and forward-looking PR activity proposals
• Coordinate account executives, PR executives, media relations specialists, and content writers to deliver integrated PR campaigns on time and on brief
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the account portfolio and present expanded service proposals backed by campaign data
• Manage account profitability by monitoring resource allocation against retainer value and escalating scope changes to senior agency leadership
• Provide strategic media counsel to clients on messaging, spokesperson development, reactive media handling, and proactive PR programming

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of PR agency experience with a demonstrated track record of managing multi-client accounts and delivering measurable earned media results
• Strong understanding of media relations, editorial pitching, corporate communications, digital PR, and influencer engagement as components of integrated PR strategy
• Proven ability to manage and develop junior PR team members including account executives, PR executives, and content writers
• Experience presenting PR strategies and performance outcomes confidently to senior client marketing and communications leaders
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage account retainer budgets, identify growth opportunities, and protect account margins
• Graduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or any related discipline; MBA in Marketing or Communications is an advantage
• Knowledge of PR measurement frameworks including earned media value, share of voice, message pull-through, and sentiment analysis
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
