📌 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue monthly storage charge invoices, handling charge invoices, and value-added service invoices to warehouse clients as per contract rates
• Process all billing entries in Tally ERP or warehouse billing software with accurate GST computation, HSN codes, and tax amounts
• Reconcile client accounts monthly by matching invoices raised against payments received and flagging outstanding dues to the finance manager
• Compute variable storage charges based on pallet-in and pallet-out records, occupancy reports, and client-specific billing rate cards
• Verify e-way bills against dispatch invoices and ensure GST compliance for all outbound taxable supplies from the warehouse
• Process vendor debit notes for transport, labour, and service vendor invoices and maintain records for audit
• Prepare weekly and monthly accounts MIS reports including billing summary, collections report, and ageing analysis for management review

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you prepared storage charge and handling charge invoices for warehouse clients in Tally or any billing software?
• Are you familiar with GST rates and HSN codes applicable to warehousing and logistics services?
• How do you compute variable storage charges based on pallet occupancy and in-out records?
• Have you reconciled client accounts and followed up on outstanding invoices in a warehouse or logistics company?
• Are you familiar with e-way bill compliance requirements for outbound warehouse dispatches?
• Have you processed vendor debit notes for transport or labour service invoices?
• Which Tally version have you used and what billing and accounts functions are you comfortable with?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
