📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete cold chain operations including cold storage, blast freezing, reefer transport, and last-mile temperature-controlled delivery
• Monitor and ensure temperature compliance across all cold chain touchpoints from inbound receipt to final delivery at client locations
• Lead and develop cold chain operations teams including cold store supervisors, refrigeration technicians, and cold chain coordinators
• Manage cold storage and reefer transport costs and drive efficiency improvements to reduce the overall cost per pallet or per shipment
• Deliver client cold chain SLAs including on-time delivery rate, temperature compliance percentage, and cold chain documentation accuracy
• Ensure regulatory compliance for cold chain operations under FSSAI, pharma GDP, and industry-specific cold chain standards
• Review reefer fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and temperature logger data and drive vendor accountability for cold chain quality

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• How many cold storage facilities and reefer vehicles have you managed simultaneously?
• Have you managed a cold chain operation covering both food and pharma product categories?
• How do you ensure temperature compliance across a multi-location cold chain network?
• What cold chain cost optimisation initiatives have you implemented?
• Have you managed client cold chain SLA reviews and escalation handling for 3PL cold chain accounts?
• Are you familiar with pharma GDP guidelines or FSSAI cold chain requirements for regulated product categories?
• How do you manage refrigeration equipment maintenance contracts across multiple cold storage sites?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
