📌 Key Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate reefer vehicles for outbound cold chain dispatches and verify pre-cooling compliance before loading
• Maintain temperature logs for all reefer vehicles in transit and cold storage chambers, and flag deviations immediately
• Prepare all cold chain documentation including temperature-controlled delivery notes, cold chain compliance certificates, and vehicle pre-cooling records
• Coordinate with cold store operators, loading staff, and reefer transport vendors to ensure seamless cold chain handover at dispatch
• Track reefer vehicle location and temperature during transit and update the client or internal team on delivery status
• Raise cold chain deviation alerts, initiate corrective actions, and document all incident reports for management review
• Prepare weekly and monthly cold chain performance MIS including on-time delivery rate, temperature compliance percentage, and deviation frequency

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you coordinated reefer vehicle bookings and pre-cooling verification for cold chain shipments?
• Have you maintained temperature logs for cold storage chambers and reefer vehicles in transit?
• Are you familiar with cold chain documentation such as temperature compliance certificates and delivery notes?
• How do you handle a temperature deviation alert during a reefer vehicle transit?
• Have you coordinated with cold chain transport vendors and monitored reefer vehicle performance?
• Have you prepared cold chain MIS reports covering temperature compliance and on-time delivery?
• What cold chain products have you coordinated - pharma, dairy, frozen food, or agricultural produce?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
