📌 Key Responsibilities

• Label images, text documents, audio clips, and video frames using annotation platforms as per task guidelines
• Ensure labelling accuracy and consistency by following detailed annotation schemas and quality standards
• Review and correct annotations flagged during quality assurance checks
• Communicate ambiguities in annotation guidelines to team leads and contribute to guideline improvements
• Meet daily and weekly annotation throughput targets while maintaining high accuracy rates
• Assist in preparing annotated datasets for model training and benchmark evaluation
• Support cross-checking of peer annotations as part of inter-annotator agreement processes

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with 0 to 2 years of data annotation or labelling experience
• Familiarity with annotation tools such as CVAT, Label Studio, or Labelbox
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex labelling instructions precisely
• Good reading comprehension in English and optionally Tamil or other Indian languages for text tasks
• Ability to work with daily volume targets and maintain quality under repetitive task conditions
• Basic computer literacy with productivity tools and internet browsing
• Willingness to work on diverse data types including images, text, audio, and video
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
