• Publish findings at peer-reviewed venues or as technical reports shared with the AI community
• Translate promising research results into prototype implementations for evaluation by engineering teams
• Collaborate with applied ML and engineering teams to incorporate research advances into products
• Stay current with the latest academic literature and identify relevant techniques for adoption
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building a culture of research excellence within the team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics with 3 to 10 years of research experience
• Published research record at recognised venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, CVPR, or AAAI
• Expert-level proficiency in PyTorch and deep understanding of ML theory and algorithms
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute novel experiments with scientific rigour
• Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimisation
• Ability to communicate complex research findings clearly in writing and presentations
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to bridge research and applied development
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
