📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered product lines or features
• Define AI feature requirements by combining user research, data analysis, and ML feasibility assessment
• Collaborate with ML engineers, researchers, and designers to prioritise and ship AI product features
• Track and analyse product metrics to assess AI feature impact and guide iterative improvement
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new AI capabilities including positioning, pricing, and launch plans
• Communicate AI product progress, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to leadership and stakeholders
• Build and maintain alignment across engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or B.E. with 4 to 10 years of product management experience, preferably including AI or data products
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute AI product roadmaps from concept through launch
• Comfort working with ML engineers and researchers to assess technical feasibility and trade-offs
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and user research to inform product decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Understanding of AI and ML concepts sufficient to make informed product and build/buy decisions
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Linear
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
