📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage P&L performance across a cluster of five to fifteen stores in an assigned area
• Set store-level sales targets and coach store managers to achieve area-level revenue goals
• Support new store opening activities including pre-opening setup, staffing, and launch planning
• Conduct regular store visits to review operational standards, compliance, and team performance
• Coordinate area-level vendor negotiations and promotional campaigns with the category team
• Monitor competitor activity in the area and submit competitive intelligence reports to regional management
• Manage area headcount planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development with the HR team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Retail Management, Marketing, or Operations from a recognised institution
• Six to fourteen years of retail experience with at least three years managing multiple stores
• Strong track record of achieving multi-store sales targets in an organised retail chain
• Excellent coaching and performance management skills for developing store managers
• Deep understanding of retail P&L mechanics, shrinkage control, and operational KPIs
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned area covering multiple store locations
• Strong analytical skills for area-level performance reporting and business planning
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
