📌 Key Responsibilities

• Operate the customer service desk to handle queries, complaints, and product return requests
• Process product exchanges, refunds, and replacements as per store policy
• Assist customers in enrolling for and redeeming loyalty programme benefits
• Handle customer escalations calmly and coordinate with relevant department heads for resolution
• Collect and record customer feedback and share summary reports with the store manager
• Coordinate with billing and floor teams to resolve pricing or stock discrepancies raised by customers
• Maintain service desk records and daily complaint logs for management review

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
• Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and English
• Prior experience in a retail or hospitality customer service role is preferred
• Ability to handle irate customers calmly and resolve complaints within authority limits
• Basic computer skills for logging complaints and generating service reports
• Empathetic and patient personality suited for customer-facing service roles
• Freshers with excellent communication skills from graduate programmes are eligible
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
