📌 Key Responsibilities

• Cross-sell life insurance and non-life insurance products to existing bank customers at the branch and through outbound calls.
• Conduct needs analysis for customers and recommend suitable insurance products based on their life stage and financial profile.
• Explain insurance product features, premium structures, and claim processes clearly to customers.
• Assist customers with policy documentation, form filling, and premium payment processes.
• Track policy renewal dates and proactively contact customers for renewal to minimise policy lapses.
• Achieve monthly premium collection and policy issuance targets set by the bancassurance team.
• Maintain compliance with IRDA regulations and ensure all sales practices adhere to approved disclosure norms.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any stream from a recognised university.
• IRDA certification (Life or General or both) is mandatory for this role.
• Zero to three years of experience in bancassurance, insurance agency, or financial product sales.
• Good understanding of life insurance products including term, endowment, ULIP, and annuity plans.
• Knowledge of non-life products such as health, motor, and home insurance is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage bank customers and convert insurance leads at the branch.
• Freshers with IRDA certification and a willingness to learn product sales are encouraged to apply.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
