📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead all operations and business functions of a high-volume private bank branch with a large staff team.
• Drive aggressive CASA, deposit, and lending targets for the branch and present performance dashboards to regional leadership.
• Manage relationships with premium corporate, HNI, and institutional clients within the branch catchment.
• Review large credit proposals, exercise delegated sanction authority, and coordinate with central credit for complex cases.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across branch operations, KYC, AML, and audit processes.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop branch staff and build a high-performance banking team culture.
• Represent the bank at industry forums, chamber of commerce events, and local business community engagements.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA from a recognised and reputed institution.
• Eight to eighteen years of banking experience with three or more years in branch management of medium to large branches.
• Strong P&L management experience with accountability for branch revenue and cost control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams of twenty or more banking professionals.
• Deep knowledge of corporate banking products, credit underwriting, and treasury products.
• Strong regulatory compliance track record with experience navigating RBI inspections.
• Established network in the local business community and among HNI and corporate clients.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
