📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations including account maintenance, clearing, NEFT/RTGS processing, and cheque returns.
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation of teller cash, vault balance, and branch accounts.
• Process NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and ECS transactions within the stipulated cut-off timings.
• Maintain records of all outward and inward clearing items and handle return advices.
• Ensure compliance with internal control norms including dual custody, transaction authorisation, and security procedures.
• Coordinate with the regional operations team for exceptional items, system issues, and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for branch operations review and audit compliance.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce or any discipline from a recognised university.
• One to four years of experience in bank branch operations or banking back office.
• Proficiency in a core banking system such as Finacle, Flex Cube, or Temenos T24.
• Knowledge of NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, clearing, and settlement procedures.
• Understanding of internal control requirements including dual authorisation and vault security.
• Good analytical skills for daily reconciliation and exception handling.
• Familiarity with RBI circulars and operational compliance guidelines is an advantage.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
