🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- MBA or any graduate with 7-13 years of insurance experience, including 2+ years in branch management

- Proven track record of managing multi-channel insurance branch operations
- Strong leadership skills for managing teams of 15-40 sales and operations staff
- Valid IRDAI license and clean compliance record
- Experience managing branch P&L including expense control and revenue growth
- Good networking skills for community business development in Coimbatore market
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
