📌 Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage large corporate accounts for group health, group life, GTLA, and key-man insurance products
• Build C-suite relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and HR Directors of large companies in Coimbatore
• Prepare customized insurance proposals, benefit design options, and pricing comparisons for RFPs
• Achieve annual corporate premium targets by growing existing accounts and acquiring new logos
• Manage end-to-end corporate account relationship including onboarding, claims coordination, and renewal
• Represent the insurer at industry events, CII meets, and HR forums in Coimbatore
• Coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, and operations teams for competitive and efficient corporate servicing

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or any graduate with 6-12 years of B2B insurance sales or corporate account management experience
• Strong knowledge of group insurance products: group health, GTLA, EDLI, keyman, and WC policies
• Experience dealing with HR, Finance, and procurement heads of large companies
• Track record of acquiring and retaining large corporate accounts with Rs.1 crore+ annual premium
• Valid IRDAI license for respective insurance category
• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills for C-suite audiences
• Good networking within Coimbatore's corporate community: manufacturing, IT, healthcare, and retail sectors
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
