📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and complaints on insurance policies through walk-in, phone, and email channels
• Explain policy coverage, premium, maturity, and claim procedures to policyholders in Tamil and English
• Process service requests including address updates, premium receipts, duplicate policy bonds, and nominee changes
• Escalate unresolved complaints to senior teams and ensure closure within IRDAI grievance timelines
• Conduct customer satisfaction follow-up calls after service resolution
• Maintain daily service MIS including query volumes, resolution TAT, and pending escalations
• Support branch walk-in customers with application forms, document submission, and claim intimation

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any graduate degree from a recognized university
• 0 - 3 Years of customer service experience in insurance, banking, or financial services
• Basic knowledge of life or health insurance products and policy terms
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English for diverse Coimbatore customer segments
• Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability for customer complaint handling
• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance customer service systems
• Willingness to handle high-volume customer interactions in a busy branch or contact centre
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
