📌 Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the private label fashion brand strategy including positioning, identity, and target consumer definition
• Develop brand visual identity elements such as labels, packaging, hangtags, and in-store brand communication
• Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and in-store touchpoints
• Commission and interpret consumer research to understand brand perception and inform product and communication decisions
• Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to extend reach among the target fashion consumer segment
• Collaborate with the buying team on private label range development ensuring brand positioning alignment
• Track brand P and L including marketing spend, brand revenue contribution, and campaign ROI on a quarterly basis

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Marketing, Brand Management, or Fashion Business from a recognised institution
• Five to twelve years of brand management experience with at least three years managing a fashion or lifestyle private label
• Demonstrated track record of building and growing a private label fashion brand from range concept to market
• Strong digital marketing and social media brand management skills across Instagram, YouTube, and D2C platforms
• Experience commissioning and applying consumer research and trend insights to brand decisions
• Creative ability to oversee brand identity development including visual language, content, and in-store brand experience
• Strong analytical skills for brand P and L management, campaign ROI tracking, and marketing budget optimisation
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

12th pass or Graduate for retail sales and customer service roles; Diploma or Graduate in Fashion Designing for visual merchandising and styling roles; ITI or Diploma in Tailoring for in-store alteration roles; Graduate in Retail Management or MBA for store and area manager roles; knowledge of GST on apparel and fabric for billing roles; digital content and social media photography skills for fashion marketing roles; Tamil and English communication for all customer-facing roles in Coimbatore stores
