- Create and manage product listings on fashion e-commerce platforms including upload, categorisation, and attribute tagging
- Maintain accurate size charts, measurement guides, and colour variant listings for all active SKUs
- Coordinate inventory sync between the physical store and online marketplace platforms to prevent overselling
- Monitor listing quality scores, return reasons, and customer feedback to improve catalogue accuracy
- Manage takedown and updating of discontinued or out-of-season styles from active marketplace listings
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university; background in fashion or digital media is an advantage
- Hands-on experience or coursework in product photography, image editing using tools such as Adobe Lightroom or Canva
- Zero to three years of experience managing fashion or apparel listings on e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining SKU trackers, inventory syncs, and listing status management
- Strong written English for creating accurate and engaging product descriptions and size guides
- Familiarity with marketplace listing policies and catalogue compliance requirements for major fashion platforms
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles as applied to fashion product catalogues is an advantage
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
