📌 Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from product stakeholders, customers, and domain experts.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for engineering teams.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint grooming sessions, and stakeholder review meetings to align product scope and priorities.
• Create detailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and use case documentation to support system design and development.
• Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria through structured UAT coordination with stakeholders and QA teams.
• Use SQL queries to extract and analyse product data, supporting ad hoc business questions and feature impact assessments.
• Maintain product documentation in Confluence, ensuring requirements, decisions, and process maps remain current throughout the product lifecycle.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech or MBA with two to seven years of business analyst experience in a software product or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to elicit and document complex business requirements from multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency in writing well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin or similar BDD formats.
• Experience working in agile scrum teams, including active participation in sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Ability to create process maps using BPMN notation or flowcharting tools and communicate complex workflows clearly.
• Working knowledge of SQL for basic data querying and the ability to validate data scenarios in product systems.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills to manage competing stakeholder priorities effectively.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
