📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale customer relationship for an assigned book of accounts, driving product adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion revenue.
• Lead structured customer onboarding engagements, ensuring customers achieve initial value milestones within defined time-to-value targets.
• Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews with customer stakeholders, presenting usage insights, ROI evidence, and future product roadmap relevance.
• Monitor customer health scores and proactively intervene with at-risk accounts to prevent churn through targeted success plans.
• Identify and develop expansion revenue opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with account executives to close upsell and cross-sell deals.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, communicating product feedback, feature gaps, and workflow pain points to product and engineering teams.
• Manage escalations, coordinating across support, engineering, and product teams to resolve critical customer issues with urgency and transparency.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA with two to seven years of customer success, account management, or post-sale relationship management experience in a SaaS product environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts with ownership of renewal and net revenue retention targets.
• Familiarity with customer success platforms such as Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango for health scoring and engagement tracking.
• Strong ability to facilitate executive-level customer conversations, QBRs, and escalation calls with confidence.
• Analytical mindset: ability to extract actionable insights from product usage data, NPS feedback, and support ticket trends.
• Experience partnering with sales teams on expansion opportunities and renewals within a land-and-expand SaaS business model.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customer stakeholders across multiple seniority levels.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
