📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership for the AMC including investment performance, AUM growth, distribution expansion, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee investment committee decisions, fund manager performance, and portfolio risk management at the organisational level
• Lead the AMC's engagement with SEBI, AMFI, trustee board, and sponsor organisation on regulatory, governance, and business strategy matters
• Drive top-line AUM and revenue growth by building distribution partnerships, launching new schemes, and expanding into new investor segments
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior investment, sales, operations, and compliance leadership across the AMC
• Represent the AMC in investor conferences, media engagements, and industry forums to build brand credibility and thought leadership
• Ensure the AMC maintains full regulatory compliance with SEBI (Mutual Fund) Regulations, AMFI code, and applicable PMLA and FEMA provisions
