📌 Key Responsibilities

• Compute daily NAV for assigned mutual fund schemes in compliance with SEBI valuation guidelines
• Prepare and review portfolio accounting entries including security purchases, sales, dividend accruals, and corporate actions
• Reconcile fund book balances with custodian records and R and T transaction data on a daily basis
• Maintain trial balance and scheme-level profit and loss accounts for all assigned funds
• Process income distribution entries and ensure accurate dividend payout calculations for IDCW scheme variants
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and R and T agents to resolve accounting discrepancies
• Support statutory audit, internal audit, and SEBI inspection by providing accurate fund accounting records and workpapers

• Walk me through the daily NAV computation process for an equity mutual fund.
• What are the SEBI valuation norms for equity and debt securities in a mutual fund portfolio?
• How do you reconcile the fund book with custodian holdings?

• Explain the difference between IDCW and growth options in terms of accounting treatment.
• What is the impact of a corporate action (bonus issue or stock split) on NAV computation?
• What fund accounting software have you used, and how do you ensure accuracy in daily NAV reporting?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
