📌 Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall business strategy for the cloud kitchen brand including market positioning and expansion roadmap.
• Lead fundraising activities including investor pitching, term sheet negotiations, and capital deployment planning.
• Build and lead the senior leadership team covering operations, technology, finance, marketing, and supply chain.
• Own the organisation's PandL and drive sustainable unit economics across all hubs and brands in the portfolio.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Zomato, Swiggy, and other food technology platforms for growth.
• Oversee new city expansion including market assessment, hub network planning, and operational rollout strategy.
• Represent the brand with investors, media, and industry stakeholders and build the cloud kitchen company's public profile.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a recognised business school or Graduate with strong entrepreneurial and business leadership track record.
• Five to fifteen years of experience in food technology, cloud kitchen operations, or consumer internet businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale a consumer food or technology business from early stage to growth stage.
• Prior experience raising institutional funding, managing investor relations, and executing capital-efficient growth strategies.
• Deep understanding of the cloud kitchen business model, aggregator platform economics, and delivery market dynamics.
• Strong network within the Coimbatore and India food technology, venture capital, and food and beverage investment ecosystem.
• Vision for building a category-defining multi-brand cloud kitchen business with national scaling potential.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
