📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead all cloud kitchen hub operations across Coimbatore, managing a team of hub managers and operations staff.
• Own the city-level PandL across all hubs and brands including revenue, food cost, labour, and EBITDA performance.
• Develop and implement city-level operational strategies to improve delivery brand ratings, order volumes, and margins.
• Manage relationships with Zomato and Swiggy city partner teams on SLA compliance, promotional investments, and dispute resolution.
• Support new hub launches including site selection, kitchen fitout coordination, staffing, and operational readiness approval.
• Coordinate with central functions including supply chain, HR, finance, and marketing to align city operations with company strategy.
• Report city performance, market intelligence, and growth recommendations to the national operations leadership or founder team.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in operations, business management, or a related discipline; BHM with post-graduate management qualification is accepted.
• Five to twelve years of operations experience in cloud kitchen, FandB chain, or food technology businesses.
• Demonstrated multi-location PandL management with at least three years overseeing three or more operational units.
• Experience managing aggregator partnerships with Zomato or Swiggy at a city or regional level is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership capability to manage hub managers, develop operational talent, and build a high-performance city team.
• Experience supporting new unit launches including pre-opening planning, hiring, and early-stage operations stabilisation.
• Data-driven decision-making ability using cloud kitchen and aggregator analytics to drive city-level business performance.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
