📌 Key Responsibilities

• Cook assigned delivery menu items for all active brands in the cloud kitchen following standardised recipes and portion sizes.
• Manage production speed and quality during peak delivery order hours to ensure on-time order dispatch to packing stations.
• Prepare South Indian, fast food, or multi-cuisine items as assigned by the kitchen lead across active delivery brands.
• Maintain correct cooking temperatures, food safety practices, and hygiene at the assigned cooking station throughout the shift.
• Set up mise en place before each production shift and communicate ingredient shortages to the kitchen manager promptly.
• Follow recipe cards strictly to maintain consistency of taste, appearance, and portion weight across all delivery orders.
• Train kitchen helpers attached to the cooking station on prep techniques and food safety basics as directed by the kitchen lead.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognised catering institute with practical kitchen experience.
• One to four years of hands-on cooking experience in a restaurant, hotel, or delivery kitchen environment.
• Proficiency in South Indian cuisine, fast food, or the cuisine category assigned by the cloud kitchen operator.
• Ability to maintain consistent cooking quality and speed during high-volume peak delivery order periods.
• Knowledge of FSSAI food safety guidelines including correct storage temperatures and cross-contamination prevention.
• Willingness to cook across multiple delivery menu brands operating from the same cloud kitchen hub.
• Good teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with packing and dispatch staff during busy order periods.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
