📌 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across all active delivery brands in the cloud kitchen hub covering kitchen, packing, and dispatch.
• Prepare shift-wise operations reports covering order volume, brand-wise performance, delivery times, and rating data.
• Monitor aggregator dashboards for order acceptance rates, preparation time breaches, and customer complaint escalations.
• Liaise between kitchen, packing, and aggregator teams to resolve order flow bottlenecks during peak delivery windows.
• Track operational KPIs for each brand and flag underperformance to the kitchen manager or hub manager.
• Maintain operations documentation including shift logs, incident records, and brand performance tracking sheets.
• Support the hub manager with daily operational briefings, weekly performance reviews, and management reporting.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline; business administration, operations, or hospitality management is preferred.
• Zero to three years of experience in operations coordination, cloud kitchen management, or food delivery operations.
• Good analytical skills to interpret aggregator performance data and translate findings into clear operational actions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining daily operations tracking and performance reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across kitchen, packing, and delivery functions simultaneously during high-volume production shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Tamil and English for shift reporting and cross-team coordination.
• Interest in food technology, cloud kitchen business models, and delivery aggregator operations in Coimbatore.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
