📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead all finance functions of the bank including financial reporting, treasury accounting, capital management, and investor relations.
• Ensure compliance with RBI's prudential norms on capital adequacy, provisioning, and asset classification under IRAC norms.
• Manage Asset Liability Management (ALM) including liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and funding strategy.
• Present quarterly and annual financial results to the board, audit committee, and analyst community.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements under Ind AS and ensure statutory audit compliance.
• Lead capital planning exercises including rights issues, Tier-2 bond issuances, and QIP processes.
• Coordinate with RBI, SEBI, and stock exchanges for regulatory disclosures and compliance filings.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), or MBA Finance from a premier institution.
• Twenty to thirty years of progressive banking finance experience with at least five years as CFO or Deputy CFO.
• Deep knowledge of RBI IRAC norms, Basel III capital adequacy requirements, and Ind AS financial reporting.
• Expertise in ALM, liquidity management, and bank funding strategy including capital market issuances.
• Strong investor relations experience with capability to engage analysts, institutional investors, and rating agencies.
• Comprehensive understanding of bank regulatory reporting requirements to RBI, SEBI, and stock exchanges.
• Board-level communication and stakeholder management experience.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
