📌 Key Responsibilities

• Source credit card applications from salaried and self-employed customers through field visits, corporate tie-ups, and bank branch referrals.
• Explain credit card features, reward programmes, cashback offers, and fee structures clearly to prospective customers.
• Collect complete KYC and income documentation from applicants and submit error-free application dossiers to the processing team.
• Follow up on pending applications and coordinate between customers and the card operations team to ensure timely issuance.
• Achieve monthly credit card sourcing targets assigned by the branch or regional sales manager.
• Build relationships with corporates, IT companies, and business clusters in Coimbatore to generate bulk employee card applications.
• Maintain daily activity reports including leads sourced, applications submitted, and cards issued.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any stream from a recognised university.
• Zero to three years of experience in credit card sales, personal loan sales, or direct financial product sales.
• Strong field sales orientation with the ability to work outdoors and meet daily lead generation targets.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English with persuasive selling ability.
• Knowledge of credit card product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to handle customer objections and explain card benefits convincingly.
• Freshers with a sales-oriented attitude and willingness to work on field assignments are considered.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
