📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the showroom's customer loyalty programme including enrolment, points tracking, and redemption assistance
• Follow up with customers after purchase for satisfaction feedback and future visit scheduling
• Conduct birthday, anniversary, and occasion-based outreach to drive repeat visits and purchases
• Promote old gold exchange schemes, advance booking offers, and seasonal jewellery schemes to existing customers
• Handle customer complaints related to jewellery quality, service, or billing and coordinate resolution
• Maintain and update customer database with purchase history, preferences, and contact details
• Assist VIP and high-value customers with personalised service appointments and showroom visits

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
• Zero to three years of customer relationship or loyalty programme management experience
• Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and basic English for customer engagement
• Familiarity with CRM software or customer database management systems
• Pleasant personality and patience for handling high-value customer relationships over extended periods
• Basic understanding of jewellery products, schemes, and exchange programmes to communicate confidently
• Prior experience in a jewellery, premium retail, or banking customer service role is preferred
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Graduate or 12th pass for retail sales and customer service roles; BHM or Diploma in Retail Management for showroom operations; GIA Graduate Gemologist or GIA Diamonds certificate for diamond grading roles; Hallmarking awareness and BIS guidelines for quality and assurance roles; Tally for accounts roles in jewellery business; ITI Goldsmithing trade certificate for karigar/goldsmith roles; knowledge of 22-karat, 18-karat, and 916 hallmark standards for all floor staff; familiarity with TN VAT, GST on gold, and making charges for billing roles
