📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create and upload jewellery product listings on e-commerce platforms with accurate specifications and images
• Write SEO-optimised product titles, descriptions, and specifications for gold, diamond, and silver jewellery
• Manage the showroom's marketplace seller accounts and ensure catalogue completeness and accuracy
• Update pricing, stock availability, and promotional offers across all e-commerce channels regularly
• Coordinate with the photography team to ensure high-quality images are uploaded for all listings
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and QandA sections and coordinate timely responses
• Track e-commerce order status and coordinate with the showroom team for fulfilment and dispatch

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
• Zero to three years of product listing experience on jewellery or retail e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with major e-commerce marketplaces and their seller central or partner portals
• Good written English for product description and specification writing
• Basic understanding of SEO principles for product title and description optimisation
• Attention to detail for accurate jewellery specification entry including weight, purity, and stone details
• Basic MS Excel skills for bulk catalogue management and price update files
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Graduate or 12th pass for retail sales and customer service roles; BHM or Diploma in Retail Management for showroom operations; GIA Graduate Gemologist or GIA Diamonds certificate for diamond grading roles; Hallmarking awareness and BIS guidelines for quality and assurance roles; Tally for accounts roles in jewellery business; ITI Goldsmithing trade certificate for karigar/goldsmith roles; knowledge of 22-karat, 18-karat, and 916 hallmark standards for all floor staff; familiarity with TN VAT, GST on gold, and making charges for billing roles
