• Follow up on leads generated through digital channels, referrals, and hospital discharge desks
• Convert inquiries into confirmed home care service registrations by explaining care options and costs
• Manage service renewals and encourage families to upgrade or extend care packages as patient needs evolve
• Handle patient and family complaints about service quality, staff behaviour, or visit delays
• Conduct post-visit satisfaction calls and log feedback in the CRM system
• Coordinate with the care coordinator on service issues escalated by families
• Maintain accurate lead, conversion, and renewal data in the company CRM for weekly reporting

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have experience in customer service, telecalling, or healthcare sales?
• Can you handle inbound inquiries and convert them into service registrations confidently?
• Are you comfortable discussing home care packages, pricing, and nurse qualifications with patient families?
• Do you have experience operating a CRM or lead management software?
• Can you communicate fluently in both Tamil and English with patient families?
• Have you managed service renewals or upselling in a healthcare or service company?
• Can you conduct post-service satisfaction calls and log feedback systematically?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
