📌 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance and punctuality of home care nurses, attendants, and physiotherapists across Coimbatore zones
• Plan and optimise daily field staff routes to minimise travel time and maximise visit efficiency
• Track real-time staff location and visit status using geo-tracking or field operations apps
• Resolve field issues such as late arrivals, patient access problems, or staff no-shows by arranging backup cover
• Coordinate with the care coordinator to align field staff deployment with patient visit schedules
• Manage supply replenishment for home visit kits and escalate stock shortages to the operations team
• Generate daily field operations reports covering visit completion rates, attendance, and exception cases
• Build and maintain relationships with field staff to ensure adherence to company service standards

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have experience managing field staff or delivery operations in any sector?
• Can you plan and optimise daily routes for multiple home care staff across Coimbatore zones?
