📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish daily social media content for the gym chain's Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels including workout videos, transformation stories, trainer tips, and class promotion posts.
• Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and Instagram to generate membership enquiry leads, drive trial sign-ups, and promote seasonal membership offers.
• Manage the fitness centre's Google Business Profile by updating operational information, posting content updates, responding to reviews, and optimising local search visibility for each branch.
• Design and send WhatsApp broadcast messages and email newsletters to the member database covering new offers, class schedule updates, challenge campaigns, and centre announcements.
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with fitness industry events, festive seasons, membership campaign periods, and new programme or class launches.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including cost per lead, conversion rate, reach, engagement rate, and return on ad spend, and optimise campaigns based on weekly performance data.
• Coordinate with centre managers and trainers to gather authentic content including member testimonials, before-and-after transformations, trainer profiles, and live class footage for social media and advertising use.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or any discipline with demonstrated skills in social media content creation, fitness brand communication, and digital advertising management.
• Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content creation including short-form video reels, fitness tips, transformation posts, and class promotion content.
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for local fitness centre lead generation, with knowledge of audience targeting and budget management.
• Ability to create a structured monthly content calendar aligned with gym membership sales cycles, campaign periods, and fitness industry events.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile management including posting, review response, and local SEO optimisation to improve branch-level organic visibility.
• Strong copywriting skills for gym and fitness brand communication including social media captions, WhatsApp broadcasts, email newsletters, and promotional content.
• Basic analytics proficiency for reviewing Meta Ads performance, Google Analytics traffic data, and social engagement metrics to report on campaign effectiveness.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
