📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership across multiple physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic branches, ensuring consistent service quality and operational performance
• Establish and maintain clinical governance frameworks, treatment protocols, quality audit processes, and patient safety standards across all clinic locations
• Drive business development, referral network expansion, and new service line development to grow the rehabilitation group's patient base and revenue
• Oversee P and L performance of rehabilitation services across branches, present financial and clinical KPI reports to owners or board
• Lead senior recruitment, develop clinical leads and managers, and build succession planning frameworks for key clinical roles
• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, maintain accreditation standards, and manage audit and inspection readiness
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, neurologists, paediatricians, and sports medicine physicians to sustain referral pipelines
