📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional ability to perform activities of daily living and design individualised occupational therapy intervention plans
• Deliver ADL training programmes for patients with neurological, orthopaedic, and developmental conditions to improve independence
• Prescribe and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices to support daily function
• Conduct sensory integration therapy for children with sensory processing disorders and developmental delays
• Fabricate and fit functional splints and orthoses for upper limb conditions and post-surgical cases
• Assess home and work environments and recommend modifications to improve patient accessibility and safety
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech therapists, and social workers in multidisciplinary rehabilitation team meetings

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Describe your process for conducting an initial ADL assessment for a stroke patient.
• What adaptive equipment do you commonly prescribe and for which patient groups?
• How do you approach sensory integration therapy for a child with autism?
• Describe your experience fabricating splints or orthoses for upper limb conditions.
• How do you assess a patient's home for accessibility and recommend modifications?
• What cognitive rehabilitation techniques do you use for patients with TBI?
• How do you set functional outcome goals with a patient and their family?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) with MCI/state council registration for physiotherapist roles; MPT in the relevant specialty (Orthopaedics, Neurology, Sports, Paediatrics, Cardiopulmonary) for specialist roles; BOT (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy) for OT roles; B.Sc.
