📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with neurological conditions including stroke, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord injury
• Design and implement individualised neurological rehabilitation programmes using Bobath, PNF, and motor relearning approaches
• Manage spasticity through positioning, stretching, electrical stimulation, and coordination with treating physicians for pharmacological management
• Conduct balance, gait, and functional mobility training using assistive devices and parallel bars
• Apply functional electrical stimulation and other neuromodulation techniques to improve motor function
• Use standardised neurological assessment tools including Fugl-Meyer, Berg Balance Scale, and Barthel Index for outcome measurement
• Educate caregivers on safe patient handling, positioning, pressure care, and home exercise protocols

• Which neurological physiotherapy approaches - Bobath, PNF, or motor relearning - do you use most and why?
• Describe your protocol for assessing a new stroke patient in an outpatient setting.
• How do you manage a patient with significant spasticity limiting functional movement?
