📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in Hindi and English for domestic banking, telecom, or retail clients following process-specific scripts.
• Address customer queries related to account information, service requests, complaints, and product information promptly on call.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM or ticketing system after each call to ensure data integrity.
• Follow defined escalation procedures for unresolved or complex queries by transferring calls to senior executives or supervisors.
• Achieve daily productivity metrics including number of calls handled, average handle time, and first call resolution rates.
• Participate in product knowledge training sessions and process updates to stay current with client-specific requirements.
• Maintain professional call etiquette and a positive tone during all customer interactions to uphold quality standards.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree from any recognised university; candidates from arts, commerce, and science backgrounds are eligible to apply.
• Fluency in spoken Hindi and English is mandatory; knowledge of Tamil or other regional languages is an added advantage.
• Basic computer proficiency including ability to navigate CRM systems, type during calls, and use standard MS Office tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational day shifts as most domestic voice processes in Coimbatore operate during standard business hours.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills with ability to handle large call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
