- Analyze e-commerce conversion funnels from session to purchase to identify drop-off points and optimization opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics including GMV, AOV, conversion rate, return rate, and customer repeat rate
- Conduct cohort analysis to understand customer retention, LTV, and repeat purchase behavior across acquisition channels
- Query and extract data from the e-commerce platform database and analytics tools for ad-hoc business requests
- Analyze campaign performance data across paid, organic, and marketplace channels to inform marketing budget allocation
- Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports for management with actionable insights and trend commentary
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to define and instrument new metrics for ongoing measurement
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate or B.E./B.Tech degree from a recognized institution
- 0 - 4 Years of experience in data analytics, e-commerce reporting, or business intelligence
- Strong SQL skills for querying e-commerce transaction, customer, and product performance data
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for pivot tables, charts, and business MIS preparation
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or equivalent web analytics tools for funnel and traffic analysis
- Analytical thinking to translate raw data into business insights and actionable recommendations
- Bonus: basic Python skills with pandas for data cleaning, transformation, and ad-hoc analysis tasks
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
