📌 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Factories Act 1948, Tamil Nadu Factory Rules, and DISH requirements across the plant
• Maintain MSDS files and chemical risk assessments for all printing inks, solvents, adhesives, and coating chemicals
• Conduct daily shop-floor EHS inspections covering machine guarding, housekeeping, electrical safety, and chemical storage
• Implement and manage the permit-to-work system for hot work, confined space entry, and electrical isolation
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, determine root causes, and prepare corrective action reports for management
• Prepare and maintain ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 45001 safety system documentation for external audits
• Train operators and supervisors on chemical handling, fire safety, first aid, and emergency evacuation procedures
