📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections on the textile plant floor covering sewing, spinning, dyeing, and finishing areas for hazard identification
• Manage fire safety equipment inspection schedules, emergency exit compliance, and conduct monthly evacuation and mock drill exercises
• Deliver EHS safety induction to new joiners and refresher training to production and maintenance workers on chemical and machinery safety
• Investigate workplace accidents, near-miss incidents, and unsafe condition reports and prepare root cause analysis documentation
• Maintain EHS compliance records including accident register, safety inspection checklists, chemical MSDS files, and PPE distribution logs
• Oversee chemical storage compliance for dyes, acids, alkalis, and textile auxiliaries as per MSDS and factory act requirements
• Support factory safety audits, buyer social compliance audits, and annual insurance safety assessments for the textile plant

• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

B.Tech. or Diploma in Textile Technology, Apparel Production, or Fashion Technology for technical roles; NIFT or NTTF qualification for design and production roles; ISO 9001 and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for quality roles; GOTS awareness for organic textile roles; SAM and GSD for Industrial Engineering roles; OSHA and factory act for EHS roles; Tally or ERP for accounts; export documentation and DGFT for merchandiser roles
