📌 Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate fabric suppliers for woven, knit, or denim fabrics as per design and buyer specifications
• Conduct vendor assessment visits and evaluate fabric mills on quality, delivery reliability, and compliance standards
• Negotiate fabric prices, minimum order quantities, and lead times with approved fabric suppliers
• Coordinate lap dip, strike off, and bulk fabric approvals between the fabric supplier and the buyer's quality representative
• Analyse fabric construction parameters including yarn count, weave structure, GSM, and shrinkage against buyer requirements
• Raise purchase orders for approved fabrics, track delivery timelines, and escalate delays to the production planning team
• Maintain fabric vendor database, price history, and approval status records for all active fabric suppliers

• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
