📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export order execution for assigned buyers from order receipt through sample approval, production, and shipment
• Develop and maintain the critical path or TNA calendar for each order and monitor milestone adherence across sampling, production, and dispatch
• Coordinate proto, fit, pre-production, and shipment sample submissions to the buyer and track approval status against deadlines
• Negotiate order quantities, prices, and delivery timelines with buyer representatives and communicate terms to internal production planning
• Coordinate trim and label approvals including tags, labels, hangers, poly bags, and carton marks with buyer quality standards
• Liaise with shipping agents and the export documentation team for timely booking, stuffing, and document submission
• Prepare buyer-wise order tracking MIS and present order status updates in weekly cross-functional meetings
