• Work with product management and business leadership to align engineering capacity with roadmap
• Drive process improvements in firmware development, testing, and release workflows
• Represent the embedded engineering team in customer-facing technical discussions
• Manage vendor and third-party IP relationships relevant to embedded platform decisions
