📌 Key Responsibilities

• Drive equity sales revenue through active client acquisition and wallet share expansion among HNI and retail clients
• Onboard new institutional and HNI clients to equity broking and wealth management services
• Manage a team of relationship managers and sales executives to achieve collective revenue targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies for equity, derivatives, MF, and structured product distribution
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business from high-value accounts
• Coordinate with research and dealing teams to provide market insights and service to key clients
• Prepare sales pipeline reports and track conversion metrics for management review

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA Finance or post-graduate degree in Business Administration
• Minimum three years of equity sales or HNI client relationship management experience in broking or wealth management
• Demonstrated track record of client acquisition and revenue generation in financial services
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, MF products, and wealth management propositions
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and Tamil
• Leadership experience in managing sales teams and achieving collective targets
• NISM Series X-A or similar certification for investment advisory sales preferred
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
