📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from project initiation through go-live and hypercare
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and delivery timelines
• Conduct stakeholder management across client business, IT, and executive leadership
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through structured governance
• Manage project budget, track actuals, and report financial health to delivery management
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across multiple ERP modules and teams
• Drive change management activities including training planning and cutover strategy
• Prepare project status reports, steering committee presentations, and escalation documentation

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or B.E. with 5 or more years of ERP project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
• Proven track record of at least 2 full ERP implementation go-live deliveries
• Experience managing multi-module SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics projects
• Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and executive communication skills
• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate or Oracle Cloud SCM
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
