📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP solution discovery workshops and requirements qualification with prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver customized ERP solution demonstrations to business and technical stakeholders
- Write and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders for ERP consulting opportunities
- Build ERP solution proposals including scope, approach, team, and commercial estimates
- Conduct competitive analysis and develop value propositions for ERP consulting services
- Collaborate with delivery team to define implementation approach and project timelines
- Maintain demo environments and presentation materials for ERP product lines
- Support sales team in pipeline management and opportunity qualification activities
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- MBA or B.E. with 3 or more years of ERP consulting delivery or pre-sales experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of at least one ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365
- Demonstrated experience preparing winning RFP responses and solution proposals
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive-level communication skills
- Ability to scope ERP implementations, estimate effort, and build commercial proposals
- Knowledge of industry-specific ERP use cases in manufacturing, retail, BFSI, or healthcare
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or equivalent sales pipeline management tools is an advantage
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
