📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the ERP consulting practice with full P and L accountability for revenue and margin
- Define ERP practice strategy including service offerings, target markets, and technology partnerships
- Drive business development activities including key account management and new logo acquisition
- Govern delivery quality across all ERP implementation and support engagements
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of ERP consultants, project managers, and architects
- Establish ERP center of excellence, methodologies, and reusable delivery accelerators
- Represent the firm in client executive conversations, conferences, and partnership forums
- Manage SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft alliance relationships and maintain partner certifications
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- MBA or B.E. with 12 or more years of ERP consulting experience including practice leadership
- Proven P and L management experience for an ERP consulting practice or business unit
- Deep expertise in at least one major ERP platform with cross-platform awareness
- Strong business development track record with client relationship management at CXO level
- Experience building and leading teams of 50 or more ERP consultants
- Knowledge of ERP market trends including cloud migration, S/4HANA adoption, and AI-driven ERP
- Strategic communication, thought leadership, and executive presence
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
