📌 Key Responsibilities
- Handle Level 1 and Level 2 ERP support tickets raised by end users via the helpdesk system
- Investigate and resolve functional issues in ERP modules such as finance, procurement, and HR
- Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or module leads with proper documentation
- Log all incidents, resolutions, and workarounds in the ticketing system (ServiceNow or JIRA)
- Conduct basic user training and walkthroughs for common ERP processes
- Prepare knowledge base articles and FAQs for recurring support issues
- Monitor critical batch jobs and report failures to the relevant module team
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities by resolving blocking issues promptly
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.E., BCA, B.Sc. in Computer Science, or related graduation
- Exposure to SAP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics through academic or internship experience preferred
- 0 to 3 years of ERP support, helpdesk, or functional analyst experience
- Familiarity with ERP functional processes in finance, procurement, or HR domains
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Freshdesk is an advantage
- Good analytical skills for troubleshooting ERP transaction errors
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts for 24/7 support environments
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
