📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting operations.
• Develop and manage the F&B department's annual budget, revenue targets, food cost, and labour cost controls.
• Design, review, and engineer menus across outlets in collaboration with the Executive Chef and outlet managers.
• Monitor daily F&B revenue performance, cover counts, and average checks against budget and prior year.
• Recruit, develop, and retain F&B leadership teams across all outlets and banqueting operations.
• Ensure FSSAI compliance, food safety audits, and hygiene standards are maintained across all F&B outlets.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event agencies to drive banquet and catering revenue.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Hotel Management degree (BHM/BHMCT) from an IHM-affiliated or recognised university.
• 8 to 16 years of progressive F&B management experience with at least 3 years as Restaurant Manager or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of F&B P&L management, menu costing, and beverage procurement.
• Strong leadership and inter-departmental coordination skills in a full-service hotel environment.
• WSET or sommelier qualification is an advantage for hotels with extensive wine and beverage programmes.
• FSSAI food safety management knowledge and experience in audit compliance for hotel F&B departments.
• Excellent English communication for senior management reporting, client presentations, and team leadership.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
